We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Clearance and ex-display items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items We take great care in packaging our furniture, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
