We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging

To request a return, please contact us at artbi12@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Clearance and ex-display items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our furniture, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
